I've been looking for a supplement that can support both my mental and physical performance and decided to try this Nootropic + Hydro Powder. The combination of ingredients targeting focus and hydration is what made it stand out to me. I was not impressed with this Nootropic product. I did not have any significant effects from using this product, such as an increase in energy. I have tried all sorts of similar products such as those containing lions mane and L-theanine and this product tasted a lot better! Although it didn’t work for me or meet my expectations, everyone has different body chemistry and this may be a good product for you. I also suffer from ADHD and I take meds for it, although they make me sleepy and could be a reason I didn’t see any energy benefits.

PRSNT Nootropic + Hydro Drink Powder contains 25 serving per container. It is comparable to other electrolyte drinks I have purchased in the past and contains some of the same ingredients so I’d say it’s a pretty good value. Ingredients are listed as : Magneslum (as Dimagnesium Malate), Sodium (as Pink Himalayan Salt), Potassium (as Potassium Citrate), L-Tyrosine, Lions Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) Fruit Extract, L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Std. to 50% Alpha-GPO), L-Theanine, Huperzine A 1% , Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Malic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Silicone Dioxide, and Stevia. The powered dissolved moderately with a battery powered further mixer but there was still a bit of sediment in the glass as you can see in the attached pictures. The mindful mango flavor is decent, definitely palatable, and I like it. I must say you can definitely taste the salt in this drink mix but I feel like that’s normal with any high quality electrolyte mix. I do feel like I had a boost of energy and was able to focus better each time I drink this mix so I do feel it is effective and can honesty say it works. I also appreciate it is made with quality ingredients and made in the USA.

I am not entirely sure that I love the mango flavor. It's not the worst or the best that I've ever had, and I will give it points for at least being different than the other flavors I've had. It does seem to provide a boost of energy, and has moderate effectiveness. I haven't noticed any focus improvement, however, it doesn't have a normal stimulant like caffeine to provide that focus boost I normally notice. No side effects were noticed, so this is a good option if you normally have problems with shakiness or other issues.
